    The soundproofing is very poor. When the door next door is shut loudly, the wall by my bed actually shakes. It has startled me awake several times. The ventilation system is also inadequate. Cigarette smoke from other rooms drifts into my bathroom and bedroom, which made it impossible for me to sleep all night. Opening the window did not help. There was dust on the bedsheets, and there were biscuit crumbs on the chair.

    Okay for an overnight stay in the city. Had all we needed for a  one night stay and plenty of parking on site at £7 for 24 hours. Fairly central to the city centre area. Only issue was breakfast which I wouldn’t recommend as they had run out of eggs, ketchup and butter when we stayed. So would breakfast elsewhere.
